||Family Housing Association Wales Ltd has changed the way in which we set up and manage direct debits. Allpay are now collecting our direct debits and this means that our tenants can set up and amend your payments for Rent, Water or Recharges over the phone or at Family Housing Association’s office with an Income Recovery staff member. We can now offer more flexible payment cycles which are weekly, fortnightly, 4 weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual.
