TENANTS VOICE IN THE REGULATION OF HOUSING ASSOCIATIONS

The Welsh Government’s Housing Regulation Team regulates Housing Associations registered in Wales, which are also known as ‘Registered Social Landlords’ (RSLs).

FAMILY HOUSING’S REGULATORY ASSESSMENT OPINION REPORT

The Regulatory Framework for Housing Associations Registered in Wales was issued in 2011 and sets out the expectations to be met by housing providers to ensure that residents get a fair deal and that public money is safeguarded.

CALLING REPAIRS FROM MOBILES IS NOW FREE!

From 1 July 2015, as part of the UK Calling changes, all numbers starting 0800 or 0808 were made free for consumers to call from mobile phones, as they already were from landlines.

This includes calls to Family Housing Repairs service on 0800 435223.
